摘要：Methods, systems and software applications are provided for storing, updating

and retrieving key figures. In accordance with one embodiment, a computerized methodis provided for storing values of a variable key figure over time. The method comprisesstoring a value of the key figure in a first data field and assigning an end date to the firstdata field. Further, the method includes storing a delta value of the key figure in a seconddata field and assigning a start date to the second data field, wherein the start date isearlier than the end date.
