Keeping healthy is a more and more popular topic in our modern society. But what should we do to keep healthy? Speaking only for myself, there are some suggestions that i want to introduce to you. First of all, it’s keeping a positive attitude of life.It is also the most important one ,i think. No matter what happens,you should not give up.Confronting the difficults strongly and beinng optimistic.We should Chris Garnder, who is the main title role in the film of 《The Pursuit of Happiness》.Even if he is at the worst situation of life, he still insist to fight with difficult. He is a good example for us.The second, eating more vegetables and fruits.They can provide some vitamin and nutrition for us. In summer,we can choose some cucumber,tomato and peach.Pay attention to the watermelon, it’s not good for girls who wants to lose weight.So do not eat too much.You had bettter not eat junk food, such as frying food,Coca Cola and other mineral waters.They are really harmful for our healthy.Next, i think appropriate exercise is necessary.With the development of transport and science technology, modern people lack of exercise increasingly.They prefer to surf on the Internet rather than take exercise. I strongly recommend that we should go out for exercise ,such as jogging,playing badminton and riding . We also can go for a walk after supper.So come on and go out for exercise.Finally, i want to say that is to go to bed early every night.Don’t stay up.Young people especially our college student prefers to stay up.They won’t go to bed until 0’clock. It’s really a bad habit. Staying up is more harmful for our body. It is not only hurt our hepar but also make us suffer from some mental sickness. For example,melancholia, schizophrenia.So stop staying up!
In a word, we should keep a good habit of life. Now let’s begin together.
