摘要：A method for developing an imaged and exposed photopolymer printingelement is disclosed where the printing element is heated to a temperature sufficient toselectively melt or soften the non-cured portions of the photopolymer such that thesoftened or melted non- cured photopolymer is removable from the printing element bycontacting the heated printing element with a blotter. The image of the removed non-cured photopolymer is obscured by using a darkly colored blotter thereby increasing thesecurity of the printing operation.
