I agree with should use statute to keep car within limits.

The cars is very fast, if some one go straw the road, the car may dash upon or press on yourself then you may dead if you across the road. If you drive the car, you’re danger too, the petroleum can fire and you may die too, except you’re very lucky, so we need to keep car within limits.
Car can help our to save the time to do anything, but it’s dangers for every one, it’s use a lots of money to get it and wase petrolem. The petrolem is hard to come by it and the last.
The air is mail, the car is mail, and the earth is mail too.
